Okay now using this code confused me so much concerning EVs. I used this code and recorded my Ampharos' EVs, and then did some EV training, it was about level 60, against a bunch of level 14 (or so) wild Flaaffy. But, when I checked its EVs again, they were the same. Even when I saved and hard reset and looked again they were still the same.

Any idea why that is?

Its evs could have already been maxed out, check if its total evs equal around 510

@AgentSharky007 No, I'm sure that it's EV's (or at least the EV's that the code said it had) were below 510. Only one or two were over 100, and the one I was trying to improve stayed at 57.

So if it says on the screen there is a stat change, could you do the following and change the stats?

1. Take a level 1 with 31 IVs in a particular stat

2. Use the IV cheat

3. Save, and reboot the game with the cheat off

And if that's true, it would probably work with EVs too...

you want 252.. .. if u do 255 u cant make your other stat max

252 +252 = max stat in two stats.

with that being said.. you would have 2 extra ev left.. which wont effect stats at all. so incase you make one 254 and the other 252.. your still okay.
