They didn't touch on the problem of the First Officer wanting run the plane using the APU while in-flight. He wasn't supposed to do that, and if he hadn't, those people would still be alive. We should also talk about the need for mandatory retirement of passenger aircraft after a design lifespan. They may spell the end of low-cost flying, but it will save lives.

Execute after arrest! Simple as that How many were executed for making bogus parts? That's justice nothing else. If I were a parent of a crash victim I would spend me life executing such people after they got out of prison or if they were free for some other reason. And I would do it with stealth better than the Mafia, better because I wouldn't do it for money but the justice.
