Gene would hold his own, and Bayoneta would fight Dante to a draw; remember, she uses infernalist magic, she could probably use all kinds of spells that would cause Dante headaches. Bayoneta's magic is all about controlling demons, she probably knows a spell or two that Dante would have to fight, to break free from, before he could fight her. Like I said that match would end in a draw; Bayoneta's spells would slow Dante down, but in the end he'd be too powerful.

i know about Strider games and its a bit complicated also the arcade story is different from the manga if they ever do another game they should do a remake with the complete story from the manga and the arcade to solidify his story

Capcom understand the potential of the character and many developers are eager to make a game but Capcom does not have complete ownership of the character the creator and maker of the manga holds the other half

so Capcom don't have complete freedom with Strider.
