  • The guy is young. How many acquittal's did he try in court and win in the last 4 years? Is he trial certified? Prosecutor experience means they expect you to compromise and take a deal rather than fight for you in court. Lawyers can be spread thin, lazy, lack motivation, lack experience to defend their client effectively.  Commercials on youtube, not the most professional means to get a client. Sounds to me their hungry to screw up another clients life. It's all about the money to them.
