Ha! Yes it does!! It's a small little SnowSport personal snow plow. Works well with the tie down strap - gives it more down pressure. Last year we managed to get about 4 snows of decent size - 8-10 inches here where I live. Pretty cool huh? This plow is going to look tiny now when I put it on my new Silverado.
