How? Spinosaurs was a very lightly built dinosaur with teeth much smaller than rex and its back spines were really fragile. The only things spinosaurs killed were fish, that's all it ate.

The two might of fought if they lived near eachother but rex would win. The spino would never attack a t-rex for many reasons. First of all the spino had very small cone shaped teeth and had a VERY weak jaw. Its jaw could never harm a t-rex. Also Spino may be taller but t-rex is more bulky. Actually, ive read alot of books and the spino's jaw wasnt that powerful and couldnt hold onto prey. It was just too long and narrow and its teeth were too small. Also size somtimes doesnt matter. Strenght in jaw does matter alot though. Thats my opinion
hey guys i just noticed something watching the clips of the fight again. spino only held rex in its jaw for about 1/3 of the time before it snapped its neck. so there is a high probability that rex would get free if it had not done that that fast. and if it did get free it MIGHT snap spinos jaw in the prosses.

OK heres the deal for all you Spino and Giga fans out there. Yes maybe they were up to 2 meters longer than TRex, but that is only 6 feet the size of a man most of that was their longer tails, but trexs head was more massively and stronger built and the same size as theirs, spino had a thin long duck like head, good for 1 thing..fishing. Gigas head was same shape as trexs but thinly built not nearly as strong it would be like a dobberman vs an american pitbull.Spino and Giga would not like trex

Spielberg didn't direct jp3. that's why he did the whole 'T-Rex goes crazy in the city' scene in jp2. He didn't want to do another jp film and knew if he didn't do it, the next guy in the inevitable sequel would.
In much the same way as Jaws films, as soon as Spielberg leaves the set, so does the legitimacy of the film.

Dont you think the SPINO would have been running around in the second. I understand if it hadnt hatched yet but i think it would have been eaten before it could hatch unless it hatched right after the humans left. Even then it would be low chance. Unless it had rents to protect it which i would have thaught would be running around also

In JP3 it's a "super predator". But based on current evidence, though possibly the largest theropd, its skull was more lightly built than Tyrannosaurus' and not as powerful.
I've read the theory on "venom" and it's quite a good one, based on Komodo Dragons etc. But it could be applied to any theropod, there wasn't anything special about what Tyrannosaurs ate.
There's no evidence to say Spinosaurus had webbed feet/hands. There's very little fossil evidence and no skin prints etc

Jurassic park and the 2nd, the lost world i LOVED the T-rex, badass mother fucker of both movies. But i gues they didn't want to make just another t-rex start movie on the 3rd one, so they bring in the badass spino, and when he killed the t-rex they did that to show more fear/strengh/badassism(lol) in him.
thats really the only reason I could see, but everyone loved the rex, it was great villian.
It is a shame they didn't make spino accuratly, it could have been a really good villian, instead they just made it a like Dr. Grant said "geneticaly engineered theme park monster" to chase around some people.

Everyone spinosaurus is a beast and could beat the crap out of everyhthing I may be the dinomaster but I still believe that despite spinosauruses jaws being designed for fishing I think it could fully defend itself.

I'd say its more a half and half.
If the two did get in a fight lets look at the facts here. Spinos eat fish and small dinos. T-rex by contrast eats larger dinos.
but now i want to draw everyone's attention to how the film portrayed the event of the fight.
The T-rex has a lot of power in its jaw true... But its jaw power is directed down.
Were as spinos jaw power is directed in ensuring it can hold its prey.

I personally think that the Spino was not much of a hunter and would not stand a chance against a t-rex, but thats my opinion, you have yours and i respect it.

Actually, ive read alot of books and the spino's jaw wasnt that powerful and couldnt hold onto prey. It was just too long and narrow and its teeth were too small. Also size somtimes doesnt matter. Strenght in jaw does matter alot though. Thats my opinion

hey guys i just noticed something watching the clips of the fight again. spino only held rex in its jaw for about 1/3 of the time before it snapped its neck. so there is a high probability that rex would get free if it had not done that that fast. and if it did get free it MIGHT snap spinos jaw in the prosses.

I'm probably wrong but wasnt both gigantosaurus and spinosaurus bigger then the T-rex? what sex the one in JP 3 is and age I have no idea but evan if u would put an adult T-rex with adult gigantosaurus and spinosaurus, wouldnt they be bigger? I mean from what I know from all programs I hav seen (scientist programs) they where the bigger.

The spinosaurus may have been longer than T rex, but not as powerful. The jaws of T rex were much stronger, and the Spino mostly ate fish , as you can tell by the shape of it's mouth.

Yes that I know. All I said was that the Spinosaurus was bigger. who was more "powerful" I have no idea (and I would be wrong to say since we can never tell for sure). I have heard rumors (which ofc may be fake) that they have evan found evidence that spinosaurus could grow bigger then the gigantosaurus.

OK heres the deal for all you Spino and Giga fans out there. Yes maybe they were up to 2 meters longer than TRex, but that is only 6 feet the size of a man most of that was their longer tails, but trexs head was more massively and stronger built and the same size as theirs, spino had a thin long duck like head, good for 1 thing..fishing. Gigas head was same shape as trexs but thinly built not nearly as strong it would be like a dobberman vs an american pitbull.Spino and Giga would not like trex

Spielberg didn't direct jp3. that's why he did the whole 'T-Rex goes crazy in the city' scene in jp2. He didn't want to do another jp film and knew if he didn't do it, the next guy in the inevitable sequel would.
In much the same way as Jaws films, as soon as Spielberg leaves the set, so does the legitimacy of the film.

Dont you think the SPINO would have been running around in the second. I understand if it hadnt hatched yet but i think it would have been eaten before it could hatch unless it hatched right after the humans left. Even then it would be low chance. Unless it had rents to protect it which i would have thaught would be running around also

In JP3 it's a "super predator". But based on current evidence, though possibly the largest theropd, its skull was more lightly built than Tyrannosaurus' and not as powerful.
I've read the theory on "venom" and it's quite a good one, based on Komodo Dragons etc. But it could be applied to any theropod, there wasn't anything special about what Tyrannosaurs ate.
There's no evidence to say Spinosaurus had webbed feet/hands. There's very little fossil evidence and no skin prints etc

scientist said that the animals the T-rex ate(were different from other predators) caused them to basically have venomous blood all over their teeth meaning one bite and the animal would die not instant but soon
and the spinos fin is made wrong and he is suppose to have some finned feet and hands (not super finned but finned)

Jurassic park and the 2nd, the lost world i LOVED the T-rex, badass mother fucker of both movies. But i gues they didn't want to make just another t-rex start movie on the 3rd one, so they bring in the badass spino, and when he killed the t-rex they did that to show more fear/strengh/badassism(lol) in him.
