First, you copy the video URL under the description. Then, you go to your channel and click "Edit Channel" and then click "Channel Design" to the left. You should see something that says "Featured Video" with a URL in a box. Delete the URL that is currently there, and paste this video's URL that you copied into that box. Just click "Save Changes" and this video should appear on your channel.
