what does the *land*walk abilities do exactly? this is my fourth week, does something like moutainwalk for a cliff threader make it unblockable if you or your opponent, and i dont mean it doesnt matter who has a mountain out i mean who needs to have the land for the *land*walk effect to work and it does make said creature unblockable if the criteria is met right?
[land]walk abilities mean that a creature which has that [land]walk can not be blocked if the defending player (your opponent) has a land of that type.
This is why I like MTGO, the game would not allow either player to move on until that ability was resolved. Further, it would annoying throw it in both player's faces by showing the relevant text @ 18 pt Times Roman and make Kibbler's opponent choose an appropriate target. An inappropriate target or lack of choice would stall the game indefinitely.
MTGO is just good for training purposes if anything else.

Regarding the first 4 and a half minutes of the video: Who gives a crap? Honestly, who cares who won? I think the question is WHAT won. Not to be an asshole, but again, who cares?
i agree, u dont give a shit about who won, i already know kibler won, but what was he playing how did it win is what i wanna know, oh wait, ill just wait for the magic show or watch the coverage from alicabob, thanks.
You don't cut the map if you're three colors. It's excellent fixing. But the deck you had didn't need the green splash. Admittedly, the green in your pool was strong, but Harrow, Vines and Gladehart are not worth splashing when you can have the consistency of a two color deck.
mostly due to your criminal undervaluing of windrider eel and into the roil. i couldn't see the full list b/c of the quality of the video. also, teetering peaks isn't "slow" it's 2 extra points of damage on turn 2-3 w/o missing a land drop, especially with landfall being such a linear, powerful mechanic
I had meant in the early game for the peaks, that should've been pointed out, it's certainly good main game. That said, I don't think into the roil's that good, the full blue's in the sideboard and it doesn't back it up. That said, Windrider Eel is certainly very good.
Into the roil is an excellent card, and is highly picked. You talk about early game, and in that situation it is excellent tempo. Late game it is slightly worse (like most bounce spells except for whiplash trap), but gives you the advantage of drawing a card and time walking by hitting an expensive dork. Into the roil is easily a second or third pick in draft, and can be a strong first pick. I wouldn't say you suck at sealed, but some of your evaluations and decisions are severely off.
lol he won by being brian kibler x]

lol were the judges sleeping?
but the greek guy (weird name xD) forgot about the ability too, maybe because of kibler's distracting chatter.

those things were covered but the fact that he won after having missed the Angel of Despair trigger is what's mind boggling and what I explained.

You should have just cut the green and map. You would have had a much stronger deck

Map was cut, though I've got faith in landfallers ;)

I disagree. If you don't like the videos, don't watch them...
While this podcast might not be as good as The Magic Show, it's still decent quality and provides interesting insights from a different perspective.
