@RussianMI6 thx u , yes i am ectomorph, but as u could see even us can get fat look like i did in 2009, cos i stop any workouts and just eat the 'junkfood' and sit in front of computer all the day ,but it was all going into my waist only soo i was like skinny fat boy which look very ugly and weird.thats when i decided i had to train again and rather be skinny and lean than skinny fat.i still cant see properly my 6pack cos of the fat around waist.Proper Diet is the answer,but its the hardes part.
@TomikCsvk I know diet sometimes can be the hardest part of all, here is a tip though. i heard if you do abs intense 2 days per week, but empty stomach and morning then eating something. that may help?
@RussianMI6 thx for the tip!!!but the main thing about abs is to get rid of all the fat around waist so u make them visible.i got rocksolid abs at the moment but i also have about 1/4inch of fat on them (still) so they are visible only in good light conditions :D, anyway for last almost two monts im on almost proper diet now and i can see some results.and if i do cardio im sure i could lose this fat in less than 2 months, but cardio is very boring unlike weights.well ill see later how it goes.
