Ronald Reagan helped modernize the Republican Party and also helped turn it into what it is today.
Back when Lincoln was President, alot of the Republican ideals would be very Democratic today.
Personally, I'm not one for party separation. Just like George Washington resented it, I do as well because it divides our country and nobody wants to work together to govern our land. Instead everybody is worried about "what's best for the party."

I refuse to recognize Barack Hussein Obama as President of the United States of America because he is not a natural born citizen and therefore ineligible according to the U.S. Constitution.
