Tim Russert was a great and thoughtful person... Why some of you have such venomous things to say I have no idea. Any interview of people who knew him PROFESSIONALLY AND PERSONALLY have only kind things to say about him. It makes me wonder how people who never even encountered him can have opinions in such stark contrast.
And the mud in the comments is a backlash to conventional wisdom that he was some sort of hero above the fray, asking tough questions, and holding the establishment to account. The reality is he was a willing propaganda tool of the government, revealing 'news' given to him by insiders. He was culpable in garnering popular support for an unjust war, never once making critical commentary.
I agree with jackcolten. Russert was just another globalist, elitist, NWO, SELL OUT, mass-media jerk who constantly lied and misled the dumbed-down, pathetically gullible SHEEPLE of America.
INSTANT KARMA, Baby!!!I couldn't be happier. ONE LESS LIAR! We would do well to have a few more "attacks" like this on the rest of the Mass Ministry of Propaganda. WHEN WILL PEOPLE WAKE THE HELL UP?!When will they stop drinking their fluoridated water & eating the GMO food & WISE UP? TEACH YOUR KIDS!RESIST!
[Whatever happened to basic decency and courtesy when someone dies?]
Sorry, boss, but this guy and his ilk have served as little better than transcriptionists for the White House for far too long.
I don't hate him, but neither can I work up any sympathy for him. How did he choose to spend his life? He spent his time acting as a mouthpiece for his corporate masters. Fair enough, but who cares if such a person is no longer with us when another guy will so readily step in to take his place?
RIP Tim Russert

I love how crazy rants usually contain accusations that "everybody else" has been indoctrinated.
