Explain that one, too.
Why don't they look at the fact developed countries in Asia people start driving from an early age, they are no bad drivers. I live in Taiwan and have seen some really bad, stupid dangerous driving and my theory is that it's not the fact of being asian, but the attitude towards being safe in the society. Being asian myself, I don't know what the fuss was all about. Tbh, there are a handful of asians (especially the older generations & women) that shouldn't drive, mainly because they lack confidence. But classifying Asians being bad drivers as a whole, is a totally different story.

I live in Taiwan and have seen some really bad, stupid dangerous driving and my theory is that it's not the fact of being asian, but the attitude towards being safe in the society. What I mean is it's not in the DNA...if a person of asian decent is born and raised in "The West" they should be as good a driver as anyone else...the dangerous ones we see many times may have immigrated after learning poor driving skills in Asia first.

The thing is, I've observed that most asian people who display bad driving skills are either fresh off the boat with habits picked up from their origin (There is only one vehicle I'd feel safe in China with and I don't think they allow tanks on the road) Most are overly cautious. Death grip on the wheel and scared shitless to move their eyes off what's directly in front of them. The rest are idiot teenagers in "pimped" penis extensions- and these are of all races I assure you..

Per capita asians are bad drivers and the mistakes they make are just unbelieveable,even as pedestrians I see alot completly miss judge the speed of a car or seem to think that the car will make way for them,I dont know if it is arrogance or stupidity.Where the real problem is is in the system that allows such poorly skilled people to get a licence,this isnt just related to asians.If it was harder to get you licence in the first place alot less bad drivers of every background on the road.
