  • your act's pretty good,

but you might want to get rid of that other guy

i think he's holding you back

  • I know. I think I should have got a younger guy like myself who could keep up with me. Thanks.

  • @Featureman ( If you dont know that his harmonica is in another key , he might be havin to get rid of you for artistic reasons ! ) lol. good shot at the big time , get yours keys together and youll be coming ...

  • @wwwjohnjewelcom Thanks. Forgot the key ingredient.

  • @Featureman

Ok , but only for you out of respect. I have a girl at home that forgets the same thing all of the time...The attitude....you've got it ! Thank you for taking the time and respect to answer me as opposed to deleting me...

  • haha, nice! 5 stars!

    ROCK!!!

  • Thank you very much.

  • cool and love the archival footage too.

  • Thanks. It is fun to use the old 1950s public domain footage. There are probably many people who haven't seen the Lindy Hop which became the basic rock and roll dancing of the 1950s.

  • Excellent! I really like the sense of humour in this video too, especially when you say:

"Every now and then you yell out the word 'Rock', teenagers like that. They'll never know we can't play music". Then also at the end when you say,

    "We're in."

    Absolutely great!

  • Thanks so much, Matthew. It is always great to watch your videos and to hear from you. I do have fun with everything that is related to ebtertainment and I think we who sing and play have fun laughing at ourselves when something goes wrong, like when a sax player can't make it or the guitar string breaks or the electricity goes out during a show and there is suddenly no mic. Sometimes we improvise and the show gets funnier.

  • You're fantastic, Tom! :)

  • Thanks, Raffa.

  • ... and the crowd goes wild! You are hired!

  • Yep. We fooled 'em. They thought it was rock and roll.

  • Now this a perfect song for a drunk Saturday night. Ooops I mean a Friday night...lol. Great song my YT friend 5*

  • Thanks. I used to enjoy Goodnight Irene when I was at a piano bar. This one also would be fun for a crowd that is a little tipsy.

  • Thanks. I have never learned anything on the harmonica. Someday I am going to start practicing that and see if I can figure out the basics.

  • My grandfather used to sing this song when he got drunk!

  • Oh, Oh. I hope he got paid good for the singing.

  • Thanks. It is fun to do them.

  • yet another Fun Video!

I tell ya' one of these days, Mr Tom,
