From what ive heard in episode 3 the Doctor will hav his final meeting with the Face of Boe who will tell his big secret, which supposedly is that he is not alone in the universe and that other time lords survived the Time War. With that in mind there is a character in the last 2 episodes called Mr Saxon, who has been referred to in both Doc Who series 2 and Torchwood and seems to be running for Prime Minister but who is actually the Master in diguise :).
