okay, I am Jewish in the US CA & I am amazed & upset that men & women still have to be seperated there in Israel!, why can't we co-exist in these modern times. I tell you, I would be really bummed out if I had to hang out with a bunch of girls & my husband was on the other side of the tarp fence. What is the meaning of being seperated in todays world? & especially at this awesome & modern concert??,
It is considered immodest for woman to be seen dancing by men (aside from their husband. ) Anyways, as you can see all the people are enjoying themselves despite the seperation. Hope this answers your inquiry. Peace on israel
hey sorry the answer is ten months late lol just wanted to say that i think modesty and a little seperation is amazing its refreshing for me to see that ppl take this so seriously it makes me less of a lewd person im loving the holyness you know how concerts are men oogling girls this is so amazing and so purerock on
hmmm, I don't see 'men' oogling girls in CA, everyone is the same pretty much, at least it is where I live, people just co-exisit in modern times. We surf together, we work together, we dance together just bcause of enjoying life. It doesn't have anything to do with sexual feelings for most normal people. I mean, shouldn't people be given the benefit of the doubt, to know how to act & how not to act? It's kind of like saying that 'you can't be trusted' & that doesnt seem right to me.
@HeadNtheClouds I think if you claim that men aren't watching the women at all whether it's dancing at concerts or surfing at the beach you're not being honest with yourself.
i totally agree with you about that in a way it makes it look like jewish men are pigs and cant be trusted and its a shame that is a great point but you have to admit that by religious jews there are less divorces less adultery and flesh related boo boos (lol for lack of better term.) so the taboos that are seemingly a wee bit outdated are working (btw my name is lazer pleasure meeting you :))
