They do affect your mental health in ways people don't realise. I realised early on that who I chose to call "friend" was very important and that you want to run with a "good crowd".

The ED is a bad crowd and I want no part of them. While running with a bad crowd doesn't necessarily make you bad...it is a negative influence on you and they are much more likely to bring you down in the long run.
