  • people stop ranting on about nations etc... British and american apaches crews are extremely awesome although factually british tactics in using them are alot more refined (read apache dawn). You guys aren't representing each others countries in a good light :p

  • It only takes about 5 seconds in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.

  • Why is it the 15R's always need a 15Y to tell them what;s going on with their aircraft?

  • @piratepike: this, "IHADSS movement test at 2:56" is inaccurate. The TADS isn't slaved to either the PIC or the CPG's Helmet (watch both pilot's heads, the PIC looks right then stops but the TADS keeps moving) therefore it can not be a IHADSS test. It is a SANUC which is light calibration the TADSS Nightside automatically completes once the FLIR is at proper operating temp. this allows it to automatic adjust the brightness and contrast of the FLIR picture for the curent lighting conditions.

  • What happened to the other helicopter?

  • AH 64D

  • at 2:00 is that background sound an Hercules???

  • British apache's longbows are sooooo much better :)

  • @jussi507 are they ever used :)

  • @nunez849 YES we are just carefull at what we shoot ;) the majority are currently on active operations in afganistan supporting coalition troops ! British Army Air Corps, call sign ugly. watch ROYAL MARINES APACHE RESCUE, to see apaches carrying two rm commandos. Doubt american apache's would get off the ground fuelled up with a full ammo load out with the longbow equiptment installed and too men straped either side. American AH64 engines are poor at best......

  • @jussi507 rabble rabble Rule Britannia rabble rabble *nationalistic nonsense* rabble rabble *ennui at lost empire and diminished standing* rabble rabble *damned Arabs and Pakis* rabble -- a rough translation for you non-British people out there.

  • @educatedcockroach The truth obviously smarts this uneducatedtroll :)

  • @jussi507 What truth? The engines on the Westland Apaches are newer and upgraded, and are more powerful. The British Army is one of the most well-trained armies in the world with an extremely low friendly-fire rate compared to the American military in general. I'm not bad-mouthing the fine aircraft or the skilled men and women who fly them. That was purely a personal attack on you, you arrogant, probably racist, tea-guzzling, poor teeth having, "Rule Britannia" loving, raging Limey cunt.

  • His only waiting for the blades to turn so he can chuck his salami in for a sandwich..

  • I'm grateful for this video. I plan on flying one of these bad boys as a career when my time comes to join!

  • That is why i dont like the black hawk. it farted.

  • @nuclearrussian25 retard

  • 1:56 that blackhawk just jizzed in his enigine

  • *-* OMG i will flag this it has sexual content

  • That is the coolest thing I've ever seen.

  • A book I recently read (Hellfire - Ed Macy) talks about the usual start-up time being 40 minutes from start to finish.

  • uhmm. what's with all the smoke coming out of the Black Hawk?

  • Tangos lead the way! Oh and our birds can carry more than just a pair. And more importantly We can ride in 'em anytime we want.

  • Totally Awesome..

From an Augusta Bell 109 RC Rotary Wing Pilot (Thats me)

  • Just the way it looks says you dont what to fuck with america

  • ok by the end it sound great

  • Im curious, is the pilot a warrant officer? and whats the guy on the grounds job title?

  • @scottaspect20 ehhh the pilots arent always warrant officers but most are. and the guy on the ground is a 15R aka the crewchief. i would know cuz im a crewchief lol

  • @speedxxxing254 hey I was a motor vehicle mechanic in Germany. I moved to US to enlist. But anyhow are those cables on the ground for a device that reads system errors and flaws etc simliar to what we use on cars for example?

  • @VBH8888 no. the cable on the ground is just an ics cord. basically its a cord hooked up to the aircraft that connects to the crewchiefs headset that allows communication between the crewchief and the pilot

  • someone dislikes this?

  • @piratepike of course someone dislikes this, it's a piece of sh!t apache!

  • @piratepike there gay and the soldiers are not in speedos

  • @rd2fst lol good point.

  • Comment removed

  • @rd2fst

Possibly because it does not include the full startup. Just saying. Full startup includes the time from no starter action to spool up.

  • @rd2fst lol
