  • It's a KC-135 strato-tanker

  • it's an air tank airplane

  • KC-135 strato tanker

  • It's a KC-17, i flew them before...refueling jets and helicopters and such for the military, while airborne

  • It's a KC-135 from Rickenbacker on the south side of Columbus. The boom is down because they broke the hoist cable and they had to land with the boom down. I'm a crew chief on 135s at Rick and I was on duty that day.

  • @buckeyemike20 Thanks for the information. Was the landing dangerous? It must have taken some skill.

  • @IrenaScott The "stick", or "boom", in the back shortens and comes up for landings.

  • So your telling me a KC-135 with it's boom down... that "Isn't normal"... is a UFO?

  • this must be close to a military flight pattern,I see lots of post with military planes,or maybe a airshow close by,nothing to worry about,if that's what is being implied.

  • I'm always amazed at the amount of retards on here. AND funny chit people write. It's a KC-135 Stratotanker. How do I know? I work on the damned things. I work at Rickenbacker on the SE side of Columbus. That would explain why you saw one in Columbus. Why he had the boom down while that low? Who knows. They don't refuel that low so maybe he was having issues. Now, if you said it was an escape pod or drone....welcome to the "retard club".

  • Thats an escape pod so they can drop someone off ..i know i am a pilot

  • Thats a drone they are carrying. Probably a test.

  • That plane is designed to fly over houses and suck up brain cells from non suspecting donors.BEWARE.....people in the know will tell you its a refueling probe...yeah ok right

  • that's a man try to suicide!

  • That KC-135T or KC-135R was demonstrating the boom capabilities for an air show or maybe running some test for the new model KC-135J. The only external difference between a KC-135R and a KC-135T is the presence of a clear window on the underside of the empennage of the KC-135T where a remote controlled searchlight is mounted. It also has two ground refueling ports, located in each rear wheel well so ground crews can fuel both the body tanks and wing tanks separately.

  • It's a fuel tanker. That's basically the gas hose coming out the back. It's got a little wing on it to help it stay somewhat level. I've seen these all the time.

  • kc-135 did you happen to see any helicopters or fighters before or after this?

  • its giving birth awww lol

  • It is a tanker. Been around for decades.

  • it's a ufo seeker!!!! mmm now that's straaaange...

  • REFUELING PLANE?

  • is a planetanker they fuel up the F16 and F15 and other planes

  • Why is the refueling boom lowered on theis KC-135 ?

  • Looks like a fuel plane

  • it is a MALE plane and he is showing you some WOOD!

  • probably cargo

  • It's giving birth to another plane in MID AIR! What a wonderful sight to behold! So precious.

  • maybe airbus a380? largest in world

  • it looks to be a stratotanker, air-to-air refueler

  • Hmmm it looks like a KC-135 but idk most likely though.

  • its a gas filler !

  • it's a KC-135R...and since you're in ohio, Im betting its from the rickenbacker guard unit

  • its like in air force one when they need to refuel in mid air

  • irena where are u located? very mysterious all those planes around ur place. must be scary

  • KC-135 Military air tanker, it refules other airforce planes.

  • its a military refueling tanker plane.

  • KC135 But why is the boom out like that?

  • KC-135

  • Looks like a modified C-130 refueling tanker.

  • well its big.its a tanker. it has nozzels coming out of its arse.

it has to be a KC-135 R tanker

  • We are surrounded with technology but at the same time younger & younger generation are coming out more & more ignorant.

They have no idea of history, science, or math. They have no idea about or military.

I have a nephew born in Bakersfield CA, 12 years old, he heard that some country called the US with a NAZI goverment name Bush invaded to countries. For no reason at all. And he asked, "Don't we have an army to stop him?"

Never heard of 9/11. Surprised man flew to the moon. Embarrasing

  • @OverlordShamala 9/11 was never the reason for attaking two countrys you idiot

so bevore yelling stupid shit go dow your homework

  • Refueling plane. You. Tard.

  • @SilentPartner79 Amen.

  • just because you don't know what something is, doesn't mean it's some conspiracy type crap.

  • That is a kc-135. They use the plane to refuel planes from the air. The long extensions are used to connect to other planes fuel tanks.

  • KC-135

  • Heck, that's where my KC135 model went to. The thingy in the back is the support stand that goes on the block of wood to keep the plane up. If you see it again, let me know. I want this plane back !!!

  • KC-135 or KC-17 refueling tanker with refueling boom down at the back. boom operator lies down in a small compartment and refuels planes in mid air

  • @richintalent There ain't no such animal as the KC-17.

In all likelyhood this is a training flight with a new boom operator.

  • it is where the aircraft can load fuel while it's in the air..

  • Sorry, forgot to add that our entire set of aircraft is KC-135's. I went to an air show and got a peak inside one of these.

  • You do know how they do aireal refuelling right? I live near Fairchild AFB (Look up B-52 Crash at fairchild), and they're famous for their refuellers.

  • what else would it be for dhuuu lol u never watched movies way things like that in it theres evin a british milatery survalince plane remot control and bileave it or not ad has been in the army ads a x-box remot its fast easy to use portible and already got alot ov buttons on it so not much adapting needed

  • its a Tanker, used by the military to refuel planes in flight.

  • wow i dont know shit about airplanes and even i know its a refuling plane. lol

  • is a male plane whit a erection i think is the season of mating

  • oh my god... are you stupid?

    KC-135 tanker.

    jeeze

  • how do you know,,,, NERD

  • i'd rather say it's the mater plane

  • thats just a tanker plane to refuel in mid flight :/

  • refuling plane lol

  • It is a KC-135 Stratotanker. The profile matches it along with the 4 engines and the extended boom.

  • Some people are so pathetic.

  • probably refueling an air guard unit or air force flight group

  • At first i thot it was an IL-86 BUT.its Just a KC-135 With Boom For Refuelling.

  • there inflight refuelers

    so it not a spacecraft

the pipe is the hose that connects to another plane to refuel it

mike row was even in one of the tanks

    and he refueled a plane

    thats what it is

  • yea, the pilots that are able to refuel like this are amazing

  • When the Copperheads were deployed from Phoenix, Arizona, I believe they were gone six months. I was at Sky Harbor Airport (their base) the morning they returned home. The tower cleared them to do a flyby of the airport prior to landing. Every aircraft lowered its refueling boom during the flyby. It may be that this aircraft is doing a flyby for some reason.

  • the other question would be..what kind of plane was the tanker re-fueling? stealth plane?

  • It's just a tanker for refueling military planes in flight

  • As others have said, it's a KC-135 R model tanker. The R model denotes the KC-135 with improved turbofan engines.

They never fly around as you see with the boom down unless it is a demonstration of some sort such as an air show, or other event like that.

The KC-135 has been flying since 1955 with the newest model having been built in 1964. Of the 732 tankers built, only about 500 remain in service.

  • This was flying very low. There was no air show. It was early in the morning and north of Columbus, Ohio.

  • I could have been on a training run. I have Hawk trainer that come in and do a t&g and hall it back to MooseJaw. I have also seen Hercs with SAR techs doing Low alt Jumps at the Airport. It looks cool and one of these days I'm going to get picture of the Hawk and the Jumpers. BTW btylow alt I mean at around circuit level (500 feet)

  • @IrenaScott yes, maybe it was odd that the boom was down. but it's still just a tanker plane. unusual, but nothing to be suspicious of...

  • no duh its a kc135. by any air force base?

  • Its a KC-135 refueling plane with a needle stuck in its ass.. DUH!!!!!!!

  • Irena did you really not know what a refuelling plane was? google the kc-135

  • Yeah, that's a KC-135, for refueling planes in flight. What you see sticking out of the rear is the boom, which connects to other planes to send the fuel through. I dont know why the boom would be extended at that low of an altitude, though...

  • Could have been jammed, or it could have been a display for V.I.P.'s or even a flyover for a change of command ceremony at the local airbase. or it could have been a photo op.

  • a refueling plane

  • Its a male jet in a mating fly pattern looking for a female jet to mate with. Seriously now, where did you think baby jets came from? The stork? (lol)

  • Thats a KC-135R, Its a military Variant of the boeing 707 and has been in service for years. It refuels USAF aircraft in midair, and has the capability of refueling NATO aircraft. Its in no way experimental or a space craft. The closest it has ever been to thats is the KC-135Q Variant which used to refuel the SR-71A Blackbird. I don't think it can be any better explained than this.

  • its a refuleling plane u idiot

  • its a flying gas station.. why the scary music? lmfao

  • dude, thats a boeing refueling plane. its probably just coming down to pick up more fuel and then get back up in the air

  • Any USAF aircraft based on the Boeing 707 airframe is a "135". We have Intel gatherers, RADAR planes, a midair refuel, which is what I think that aircraft is, and others. The letters proceeding "135" tell the aircraft usage by the USAF

  • it is a "kc-135". it is used for the purpose of refgueling aircraft while in flight

  • It's a refueling tanker.

  • thats a plane that refuels military planes

  • Its not an airplane, its a HAIRplane....those are large, coarse hairs growing off its backside....Hairplane...

  • Well, this is a "male" airplane. Have you ever heard of "penis"? It's the male reproduction organ and it protrudes like that.

  • it is a KC-135 tanker that thing hanging off the back is the ''boom'' it is like the fuel pump

  • OMG ITS A UFO

    haha

  • It's actually a KC 135R I should know I worked on them for 14.5 years =p

  • is it RC plant

    wow so large

  • hey idiot. its a KC- 135 Stratotanker

  • its a norade fefueling tanker ya mad things lol

  • Four engines, resembls a 707, boom in the back, It's a KC135. Look up "KC135 AIR TANKER" on YouTube to see vids of it.

  • It's actually not a tanker. This is a 707P, it is a specialized weather aircraft capable of detecting wind sheer with its weather probe on the tail end. Easy to mistake.

  • It is a KC-135. The probe is down. The KC-135 is a type of US Air Force tanker that can refuel planes in flight. The plane's model is based on the 707 but the air force does not have an existing aircraft that measures the weather other than some types of WC-130s and EC-130

  • lol......there is no such thing.....Please do not pro-create.

  • There is no such thing. Please do not pro-create.

  • its a kc 135 stratotanker dumbass!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • same as everyone else is saying.... It's a KC-135 Stratotanker

  • ya it is

  • Its a KC 135R dumbass

  • thats nice of you ocean , cuz GEEEZZ maybe some ppl dont know dah, be nice omg

  • Boeing KC-135. Based on the 707, it is an air-refueling tanker

  • Thank you for verifying that.

  • its an air refuelling plane. refuells military planes. you probably live close to an airforce base

  • USAF KC135

  • It's a giant wasp. You can tell by the big stinger on its tail.

  • That made me laugh like hell. :P

    I mean... you're right, of course. ;)

    nothing bad

  • it's a plane! accident

  • It's a flying machinebird with a long thin penis. If you don't know what it is.....Ugh.

  • KC-135 air-to-air refuelling, nothing sinister

  • some people say it's a KC-135...i say it's YOUR tax dollars and ignorance at work.

  • Thats right we pay for the airforce to fuck off and buy their condoms basturds.

  • USAF KC135 flying gas station.

  • NASA reserch plane or refuling plane

  • the person who posted this video is a dumbass cuz that is a refuling plane used to refule military and some non-military aircraft the thing comming out the back is called the "boom" I should know I have been up in one when my uncle was in the Air Force

  • Thats definitely a KC-135 with the refueling probe down. The small wings you see on the line are controlled by the guy inside the plane. He "Flys" the probe to help the fighter jets get proper alignment to refuel.

  • its a hologram

  • hologram is not invented by now

  • KC-135 with the refueling pipe hanging out

  • KC-135...its a in air refueling aircraft...dont know why its flying so low....maybe test runs or something

  • It would of been better if you stopped moving the camera too much to have a good look at it.

  • looks like some joker tied a long cable between the back of the plane and a lampost at the airport. What happened next?

  • dude thats KC 135 shouldnt be that low with the pipe out tho

  • It's a flying Moby Dick with Cap. Ahab's spear still stuck in it!!

  • its a junkie injector plane!

  • its a mid air refueler it shoulldn`t be that low with the pipe out

  • Just a KC-135.

  • thats for refuel in the air!i don know what is wierd....

  • Its a tanker..may be the boom is not retracting..or the pilot who refuled last damaged it

  • Its the poisen injection plane!

  • ariel re-fuler, dont no why it looks like its refueling a plane..

  • KC 135

  • Can confirm it's a KC135 based on the boeing 707.

  • your a fucking idiot dude.... ITS A KC-135 tanker....

  • Air Force KC 135B, out of Rickenbacker AGB, Oh

  • If you squint your eyes, you can't see the invisible airplane.

  • l0l..wow yu didnt know that..

  • This is a VID of the famous Aurora ,being refueled,,,the reason its never been seen in 20+ years of flight is, its invisible to the human eye....a great mystery finally solved..........

  • wooooow

  • rofl

  • Ye its a KC 135 lol

  • Yeah, but why is the boom extended? Some sort of problem, I would expect...

  • OMG its a 35 year old tanker! Haven't seen one of them since 10am this morning! Wow....NOT.

  • its a KC135e. Its used for in-flight refueling

  • It looks like a fish taking a poop :\

  • It's a KC135R... Without them... No mid-flight juice... Fall from the sky...

  • its a refueler

  • the kc135 is not a 707...

  • its a refuel tanker

  • air to air refuling aircraft, better know as a KC135, or as a civilain name, Boeing 707.

  • the kc135 is not a 707...sorry

  • the civilian name is the boeing 717...but thanks for playing!!!

  • So, according to your description, this happened on April 4th, 2009?!!? And you posted the video on 10-26-07. Oh, ok.

  • Should have said 2004.11.09

  • god its just a normal KC-135 tanker. theres nothing wierd about it

  • That is a KC135 refueling jet. SAC used them to keep the flying command post up all the time.

  • It has that thing on the back because it is an Air-to-Air Refueling aircraft

  • its an tanking flight

  • its a KC135R with a raging boNer....wheres the fighter jets!!!
