Though I never saw The Beatles in concert, the International Ampitheater holds a special place in my heart because of seeing the Ringling Bros. circus there with my family back in the late 70's. While there I would always imagine what it was like during the concert there. Too bad it's not there anymore. What stories the place could tell.

My gosh...I can't believe I found this video on here...my cousin and I were at this concert, in the very last row...all we heard was screaming, but we didn't care...we were there and we saw the BEATLES...THANK YOU FOR POSTING THIS PRICELESS VIDEO!!!

Actually, I believe this is Detroit at the Olympia Stadium, the day after Chicago. The interview part is from the day before in Milwaukee.

I was at this concert - and yes I couldn't hear them at all above all the screaming. Nice to finally hear it! Trivia - the ticket was only $5.00 for the nose bleed section I was in.

Thanks for posting this clip! I was at the airport that day and we never got any pictures for some reason. My dad took me and one of my friends and we were standing up, maybe on a stairway or something, not right in front. The police had made an announcement on a bullhorn that if everyone behaved they'd bring the Beatles closer to say hello - unfortunately, they shuffled them off directly into their car. We did get to see them stop at the top of the stairs from the plane and wave though.

This was great. I grew up in Chi-Town and was riding my bike around the airport with my cousin and buddy. We were wondering want was going on so we stopped and got off our bikes and got up on the roof....to bad the video was not clear or I could have picked myself out on the roof. The good ol' days.
