you just write on blank card. atm should recognise that the card no have chip or you use old atm. i wrote on essisting chip card atm incorrect pin. now i think i can write on blank card is that going to work as u do or anything need to do with it

bought dumps few times (80% was good) and later gsm skimmer. verified sellers well known on russian underground their site atm-skimmer (dot) ucoz(.)net!!! dont deal with vipdumps, excore and also skimmers direct dot c\0m are burners!

I for one prove use a erg card,with magstripe,and chip. some ATM accept immediately the card,said me that language i want,pin use 12345 and never said me wrong pin but passage to take a money.

i press 250,for example,and atm finish with:

you not have a money in a card????

what???? is possibe?? simple at my prepaid EMV mastercard. now i read atr of this card,and magnetic stripe.

Banks ATM's should recognise that the ServiceCode on the Mag Stripe indicates that the Card Should have a Chip - this should be then flagged in the Auth message that the transaction is "technically fallen back 2Magstripe" due 2faulty chip. On the Bank's Issuer Host and Fraud detection systems it should make a call on whether to decline the transaction.
