Try and reach out to him, he loves you but those demons are holding him back and pushing people away. My dad has cancer v.v he was always sick and coughing...i worried about him..one day i convinced him to go to the doctor and he was told he has cancer. My whole life-and still today-he is the strongest and bravest man ive ever known. So i pray that God will let him stay...and i hope the doctors are saying things they dont mean....

My mum left my dad when i was seven, he then attempted suicide after me and my 2 brothers moved in with my mum. I hated it, and moved back in with him. But, my mum took me back, only 2 days before christmas. He done it again, but thankfully he's still with me. But, i never see him and he keeps trying to go, and...i hate the pain.

Its not too late to be a daddys girl. I was raised without my dad, but later on I had to learn the importance of forgiveness. I could've kept reminding him when he walked out on me and mom when I was younger. Instead I forgave him and we have a relationship.its still ackward sometimes but every day is better.
