and the foundation was coloured wit natural sand and protected me from the sun because the amethyst jewl reflected the rays back So it din't clog my pore with chemicals. its all paraben free and i even slept with their shampoo cus its not harmful at all. I love this product! and it actually improved my fatigue when i have the amethyst stone on me as jewlery and makeup cus it circulated my blood flow and improved energy levels.
I love your hair here! use the Gem Beauty (99.9% natural) Amethyst Beauty Products It revitalizes My skin cells and releases emions that circulates my blood really well due to the Amethyst mineral stone. It actually grew my hair and lashes when i used organic products, it helped keep my natural oils cus cleanser usually stripped all my oils
Being told you will have a skin disease for the rest of your life is not encouraging nor does it have to be the truth. The American Institute of Advanced Medicine has confirmed methods to destroy the symptoms of acne from your body for good. @noobcake2010 Yes, all of the above plays a role especially hormones this is why this video is called 10 ways to Improve Acne Skin. not cure acne skin. This will really help, until the hormones regulate.
@noobcake2010 I agree, I am tired of people who have obviously never had acne before telling me things like "change your pillowcase! look for non-comedogenic skincare/makeup products!".
@jgoreham TRUE! I mean, if its a few blemish here and there it's perfectly fine. No need to put yourself in a bubble and avoid the "bacteria," but if its zits, cystic acne, ect. There is no way for you to follow the "10 ways to improve your acne." Only way is to go to the dermatologist and for sure they will prescribe you accutane. 50% accutane will work. Other 50% can have bad side effect or it will work, but once you stop. 50% of your acne will erupt once again. Even worst or less.
@noobcake2010 I know the feeling. I'm on prescription acne meds and it sucks when people say things like "wash your face and your breakouts will stop." I have a great diet, drink lots of water, and a borderline OCD skincare routine, and still get breakouts when I'm not using my antibiotic and my retinoid. :(
@Starsshine38 for sure this would be very helpful !!! try checking out dermify it has really helped one of my young male client whom I do facials for.
These are great tips that really DO work. Thanks for the friend invite. It's nice to find someone on here in the beauty community that feels the same way about all the nasty products on the market as me:-)
.(no offense glamology i know your only helping) but my suggestion would be to take your body weight divide in half and that is the amount of water you need to drink in ounces...and also if you work out or sweat heavily you will need more water....(so for example if you weigh 160 pounds....divided in half is 80...you would need to drink 10 glasses of water a day(based on the 8oz=1glass)
Hey I saw your friend request so I have been checking out some of your vids!! I really liked this one....I have never had ACNE...the odd blemish here and there but a lot of the ones you mentioned I do on a regular basis and they really do work!! To just remind everyone who watches...8 glasses of water a day is a very Average Generalization......i will post a tip above
pretty helpful actually, I didn't know you should tie your hair up at night...I'll try it!

Instead of using a towel to pat my skin dry I use tissues
kwelakwela1623 1 year ago
When u said use clean towel, do u mean use a diff one for your face and a diff one for your body everyday?? Like a new one?
Shoppingstar525 1 year ago
@Shoppingstar525 Yes a different towel for your face and body. Towels can develop bacteria which if you touch your face with it may cause breakouts.
