Unless your a midget 45cm biceps isn't even that large.. I've been working out for roughly 14 months I got 42cm biceps with a fairly low bf (just finished my diet for the summer).

My brother on the other hand has been working out for 4-5 years I haven't asked him what his arms are but they are far bigger than mine, i'd guess close to 50.

We are both 6.3/6.4feet tall, and like I pointed out at the beginning it's all about genetics.

Well it IS possible for your brother's arm to be that big. I read something about the taller you are, the bigger the circumference, as it is dependent on arm length. Keep in mind however, that someone that's 5'10, with the same size arm as you or your brother's, will look significantly bigger. So that 45cm arm will look just as big as your brothers 50cm arm because of the arm length difference. As far as size goes, it has been proven that its nearly impossible to go beyond 50cm (20") drug free
