The Pond of Happiness. You pay 100 rupees and you can increase either your bombs or arrows by 5 until reaching the max. He's hit the max there. There is a video in his list about the Pond of Happiness.

Blue mail = Ice Palace dungeon, big chest. Gold sword = Pyramid, after Misery Mire,go to link's house in dark world (bomb shop) buy the giant bomb, and crack the wall near it, a fairy will appear, you throw your bow for silver arrows and your sword (doesn't work if it is not tempered)for golden sword.

the shield is the mirror shield, and the sword is gold because its been thrown into the faeries fountain at the pyramid

Where did you get the cane of somaria but in blue???

It's called the Cane of Byrna, and to get it, just go to the very first warp tile, go down and look for an open space. Go down and enter the cave. Use the magic cape to go through the spike sea. That's all.
