  • Guess they wont be inviting him back!

  • I hope the R/C pilot had insurance?? MAAC may not cover his behind.. :-(

  • it fall down and go spalt

  • In the words of Deifenbaker, let's make some pots and pans!

  • twat

  • There were 7 Avro Arrows, the 7th was smuggled out and is now in my backyard disguised as a set of monkey bars.

  • What were all the uniformed idiots hanging around the crash site for???it was a friggin model LMAO

  • thank god for the snowfence!!!! someone could have been hurt.

(ha ha ha, no I'm not retarded. it's a joke)

  • ur fucked

  • u r an ace whole.

  • waste of time... ¬¬

  • That Harvard was owned by Vintage wings of canada, and got scratched up by that crash so they used that as an oppertunity to repaint it in the colours of a famous Canadian WW2 pilot.

  • dumb ass

  • tell us that its a freaking rc plane

  • Duh, of course it is.

  • He means, put it in the title

  • was that yellow plane a T-6?

  • AT-6 Harvard

  • @tightlaces actually the T-6 would be the Texan, the harvard was an SNJ.

AT-6s arent uses as they aren't armed, therefore they arent Attack (A)T-6's anymore.

  • @HelluvaBadShot The Harvard was a T-6 used by Canada and the British Commwealth. The SNJ was the navy's trainer.

  • @250350murph It's a Harvard. It's based out of the Vintage wings of Canada air museum in Gatineau Quebec Canada

  • You caught me on this video @ 27sec. mark.

You can see photos I took of the event here: pilot(dot)smugmug(dot)com

  • There is only three CF105 Avro Arrows and they would not even attend an airshow of anything les than 500 million people. And if one of them crashed everyone would be dead within a 1mile radius.

  • ALl of the real Avro Arrows were destroyed and you really are clueless.

  • You should do a little more research. check your local library regarding the arrow and its history.

  • I agree. You certainly don't know what you are talking about.

  • You guys are pretty gullable. Checkyour local library under the history of the arrow and its final resting places.

  • Amazing, you expect people to take you as credible yet you can't spell gullible. How ironic.

  • You've never seen 'Death Row' have you? Five machines. Not three. Please state your EXACT sources. I've checked the library. AND the bookstores. AND the museums. AND the web.

You need to cough up the source of YOUR info.

  • Replicas do not count, they were not made with same components. And what are you talking about death row? What does that have do with anything?

  • man u are an idiot gotta say. I have been a fan of the arrow read multiple books, watched multiple news clips and there were 5 not 3 5 functional aircraft that all flew once. There was a sixth the first and only one with the iroqous engine that was scheduled for its first flight 3 days after the cancellation of the project. The largest thing that remains of the origianl arrow is a cockpit from one of the planes in production. Everything else was destroyed.

  • whole nose section, some landing gear and an iroquois engine were saved, not just cockpit.lots of documents and film were smuggled out along with smaller pieces. wasn't all destroyed as ordered

  • By the way there were 6 not 3

    5 opperational

1 was gona be ready in 2 weeks

  • No, only three complete and fully functional units. Three were made at a later date made as kits for collectibles (none functional) to the highest bidders. The two out of the three real units are at area 51. And one is at the RCAF museum in Toronto. Research is the key from reliable sources. Not propaganda from a world of smoke and mirrors. Any more questions visit RCAF. RLM99125

  • no there were five RL 201, 202, 203, 204, 205 each of those flew at least once (i have original photographs). BTW the one at the museum is for display only and cant fly, also it was built in 2003 and the other "scale" replica is in the museum of transportion in wetaskiwin, it also cant fly

  • Still wonder if -206 is the Phantom. Learned about it BEFORE watching the movie. Thought about how it could have been done. Be great if there was one hiding somewhere.

    I know...wishful thinking. :(

  • What on earth does this have to do with the Arrow ????

  • @a2fun1 The R/C plane that hit the Harvard was a model avro arrow.

  • Sooooo? Were lookin at a yellow T-6.... AND???

  • do u c all the the shit on the grawnd thats a rc plan the crashed

  • So something interesting does happen in borden. . .

    ~Thanato

  • haha believe it or not that friggin thing almost hit me! it slammed into the tail of that yellow plane right in front of me, i had my camcorder on but i was too stupid to hit record! i'm still mad at myself i would've had the best shot of it ever! i'll add my view of this next week, wow what an amazing show though!
