I understqnd only some words, in my mother language "shaadi" means the same as "khoshi", it means also "to be happy". but in indian I think "shaadi kaarrdan"means" to make marriage".

Shaadi actually means joy/happiness. It does not mean wedding in urdu either. It's used for denoting the wedding ceremony. It's not used to translate happiness. That's why it has become that way. Shaadi means happy in urdu as well.

Half of the words you hear here are Farsi/Urdu, not Hindi...

Marriage is Vivaah or Lagna in Hindi. Shaadi is fairly used in Urdu and Hindi both. However, the relevance is Farsi. It's literal meaning still stands happiness, not wedding as such. But yes, it's used in Urdu to denote marriage/wedding.
