@F4O it a usage of the light brake + small gas tap (continuously) which improves high speed non-drift corners. doing it at the start improves your accleration by a whole new level!

how do you get 570 at Sunny Beach, I keep trying the bunki techmique at home (Outrun Online Arcade) and at the arcade (Outrun 2SP SDX Lindburgh) and I can only get 566. How do you get that extra 4 hearts?
@Supermariokingify what I am doing is only linked to speed. As you know the diverge cones plus driving on the outer edge white line all add up - it's just played in it's purest form.
How would you like to work towards 576!?!? Do a search on youtube for "Hina Heart Attack". Hina is one of the worlds best on OutRun2SP. Again linked to speed, but he uses slipstreaming and drifting to sling-shot him self passed traffic, slipstream drifting keeps you speed up for longer!

@Supermarioking13 Congrats on the 572 hearts! :) From the start up to the bus I am playing the fast, shortest and purest possible line to catch the bus where he is, anything else and he wont be there in that very spot. When I pass the bus on the inside I am running on what would be for me Tuned Time Attack lines. With practice you learn where this invisible line is on the track edge and how to play and hold it as it goes around the small bend. Search "MBK GIL" for Time Attack replays.
@Supermarioking13 One other thing while I'm here. I do it in the vid as a test at the end of the first request and Hina replays your see it a lot more... You can reset the way slip streaming works by getting behind a vehicle at say 182mph and then drop down 1 gear and bag in back in to top gear. You do a gear drift in a straight line. This will give you a slip stream boost, even when you pass traffic it will still build up for a moment. Drifting keeps it going for longer which Hina does.
@F4O One other thing. The traffic in the diverge is not random. If you play the same lines time and time again in Heart Attack the traffic will always be in the same place. With practice you build up a better understanding of your lines and what traffic you want & where you want it. With this understanding you have control and can reach the same scores time and time again when going for world record heart attack scores.
I'm sure it would work with all cars, I have seen it done with an F50. What ever you play it on your need a wheel, if your using the PC version then your on your own because even the top home players will touch it because it lacks serious control support. The game has also just been released on XBOX 360 and PS3 and goes by the name of OutRun Online Arcade, but only has the OutRun2SP course. The XBOX 360 version is very good with the official microsoft wheel.
Go into the drift with the wheel turned at 10 O'Clock, half way in pull the wheel over to 2 O'Clock. A case of getting the balance just right... The white zig-zag lines allow the wheels to slip and skid and thats how it picks it up as a drift.
I would love to say as that hot rod is truly loving your awesomeness at driving one wheel with no scraping into any traps. I guess she is so going to give you as much love as you can have. I totally got a heart attack. =)
I though you could get a lot of hearts with this technique. But compared to the feint technique the gains is only 6 more where i always hit 444. Hmmm.....
it looks more like you missed a car for the first request. anyway, you might not know it, but this technique is probaly the most important in heart attack and time attack mode.
580 is possible and I got it like 3 times. Keep it up!

I'm sure it would work with all cars, I have seen it done with an F50.
