No one knows the statistics of successful relationships these agencies produce. In my opinion I would estimate less than 50% deem to be success stories as only time can tell and many a western man who has been married for less than five years would say it was successful yet many do not past the 7-10 year barrier.
Thai culture is of a very different nature to that of Western culture and these Thai Bride women use this 'Thai culture' as an excuse to get away with many issues within the marriage.
Thus the concept on compromise goes out of the window as they perceive their stand to be more important as they are Thai and the western man is nothing but a pig.
Thai marriage is very much to do with money and making deals on funding the family for many many years to come.
If your future Thai wife is very interested in living in the UK be very suspicious as many a Thai person will find it exceptionally difficult to fit in to Western society.
In fact the Thai women who are advertising themselves on the Internet are extremely poor, docile, self-centered who want an easy life. The Agencies advertise these wicked Thai women as angels of purity, well they are most without doubt not.
In my humble opinion the chances of finding a genuine relationship via an agency is 20% which makes the whole adventure an expensive one. The agencies know this and will tell you a different story very similar to "Arthur Daily" scenarios.
Having stated the above Thai Introductory agencies know all about Divorce in the UK as most of the guys that run these agencies are divorced and on their second to third Thai wife. They do not know the women they are introducing you to so you could be marrying a person who is: wanted by the police: wanted by some mafia organisation: riddled with HIV: or has been up to no good in Thailand and needs to escape quickly.
They are liken to a virus that attaches itself to your bank account and sucks it dry for the sake of their own people. Even though you are taking them under your wing they will not share anything and only take from the Farang husband and give to their own people. They believe that the Farang that they have married does not have a soul and that the only purpose of their husbands existence is to feed all the Thai spirits. They are "succubus" incarnate.
I am putting this stuff up to stop this ridicules trade and hopefully in a decade or so Western governments will stop this stupid form of marketing. If you do not believe me then go ahead marry a Thai bride and e-mail me in eight years informing me of your downfall. We will all have a big laugh about it then.

When we met and at the time I proposed I was earning little more than an average middle class Thai and if fact still am pretty much... In fact the Thai women who are advertising themselves on the Internet are extremely poor, docile, self-centered who want an easy life. The Agencies advertise these wicked Thai women as angels of purity, well they are most without doubt not.
In my humble opinion the chances of finding a genuine relationship via an agency is 20% which makes the whole adventure an expensive one. The agencies know this and will tell you a different story very similar to "Arthur Daily" scenarios.
