nope this is VERY weak korean rock...I've asked J-rock fans repeatedly to give me some good Japanese rock...and I haven't heard much that I've liked yet. If you want to hear some good Korean rock check out Seo Taiji, Witches, Pia, Schizo, N.EX.T, Novasonic, Kim Kyung Ho, Ares, Yoon Do Hyun Band, and there's tons more hardcore and metal bands that are less popular.

everyone has their own preferences....J Rock in my opinion just doesn't rock out enough. Most of it is so upbeat and doesn't have that heavy churn to it. Korean rock seems to be more Americanized so maybe that's why I like it more than J Rock. Look up some Schizo...

I think you're listening to the mainstream, pop/rock stuff then. I was looking up some info the other day and the U.S., Japan, and especially England were cited for producing some of the best rock bands.

Most J-Rock is NOT upbeat...that's just the popular crap. ;-D

But I already like K-Rock so you don't need to convince me. xD

It has a very distinct sound and there's nothing wrong with that but it just isn't what I'm looking for....but I'll look up the bands you suggested right now and get back to you
