What I thought right after I saw the poster was that other people are picking up on John's ideas, which is why it says "His disease is spreading" and it shows all the people in the shape of his face. If you think about it, his views have all the makings for a sort of cult belief. Maybe a group of people will form and they will all become "Jigsaw" killers. This is just speculation, but that's what I thought.

The posters saying that they finally realized that an antagonist having cancer means you dont make sequels, especially when they get progressively worse and convoluted. So now what they have to do is get a group of people (a jigsaw cult i suppose) and they are going to continue his work. Theyre motivations will probably lack even less believability than that cops did.

Saw stop being good at the end of the 2nd move when he was no longer portrayed as a lone wolf character. Which was the point.

I think that there's going to be a group of 6-7 main people in the movie, who have to go through tests all over the world to find the antidote to this disease that Jigsaw manufactured before his death.
