  • I have been quite anxious recently in relation to a job I applied for.I have worked myself into such a state at times that I can't function/focus on any other task.I found medidation to be profoundly useful in helping relieve me of these feelings.I only wonder why I have never turned to it before!

  • make sure  clear the nostrils before you do the breathing exercise,it can be quite ugly.....but as for the video good work

  • i felt a significant sense of relief during the course of this video. the 16 unit breathing exercise was very useful and helped control my breathing . thank you very much.
