At some places, you use sharps or flats where you shouldn't use them (I think that's what makes the stars sound off)

No, you did not put the stars in the right place. I don't know what it is, but they just sound off.

I thought it was pretty good, the flowers were spot on but yeah, the hearts I think are a little off, sounds too high. Still for the first sonic 2 special stage out there (that I know of) I give 5 stars, good job
