The lowest possible is 20, u can tell because it sometimes tries to fool u into thinking u got a 20 and then it falls down and the real age appears. i got 20 and it appeared all the way at the top of the graph

Man, I had a Mii on my friends console and tried Wii sports Fitness Test,and got a thirty-eight.Then,today I tried it again after about a year, it said on the Wii message board "Oh no!Your Age went up 37 years!".I had a seventy-five Fitness Age!
