I like branching out in poetic styles also. One of my favorites is my attempt at a slam poem, its not very 'slam'-esque but the vibe of the poem is fantastic and I felt like I actually accomplished something.

I'm not a writer, but those two lines really resonated with me. I always feel like I'm running out of time. Like if I haven't achieved anything amazing by now, I never will. But I have to remind myself that these social deadlines are arbitrary. Life is not a race. And there is always something new to be created. And I can be the one to create it if I give myself the chance.
