y have crit if you gonna use a sword? Use a freaking GS man... crit on a GS has better benefits than crit on a sword but having a duel at 35 is pointless... wait till 55 when you have pitiless blow and breakpower is one hit ko'ing Sorcs....

@GREATGAIWAIN I made this vid a long time ago and it was vs a friend for fun. I hit 50 about 2 months after release and I haven't played it since. I did get a GS tho from getting 2000 of those coins or w/e from the pigs. They nerfed the dmg on the GS at the time i was playing. I'm even considering selling my account now that I think of it... But you are right tho about using a GS =) thx for the comment

when you are in party you will be always last targhet, so for help your party you need crit for do more dmg on other dps class or healer

You really have to test this on high level, because as "crit templar" on level 35 you don't have a good kritrate. xD

+HP is more worth on lower level than crit but on high level (especially if you have a +speed weapon) a crit templar wins against a hp templar. ;-)

Ps: No I don't want to say that Aion is a gear&luck-game. I want to say that if you want to test this seriously you have to do it on lvl50 with high level gear, the same stigmas on both chars and without DP. ;-)

Wows to easy? yeah i admit gear is easy to get but they both have stayed standing still in one spot the whole duel clicking buttons? Wow pvp takes a lot more kill then this game. and once you have gear in wow it doesnt make you pro.

If I get on WoW right now, and me (As a DK) duel another DK. We can both stand still and have a regular fight, there is 0 reason to move.

@wowspy bullshit if you go backwards you have more block/parry if you go left or right you have more evasion and if you go forward you have more attack. But it's not immediatly reaction but after 1.5 sec. Btw if you go really pvp you will walk :D

@wowspy ya because wow is the game of yesteryear when combat takes place between bricks...in an actual fight no one would stand still and the creators of Aion realized this and added it to the game making combat far more realistic and now a lvl 18 character with skill and movement can beat a lvl 21 with no skill and no movement...making the game FAR more interesting and immersive.

Lol wow is too easy. people cried and bitched to the point there's nothing really challenging about it anymore. Aion is still a challenge and prey it stays that way. WoW was a nice game, but people wanted things to be handed to them.

its fine for me.. i crit a descent amount of the time anyway. ive crit for 1,600 just earlier today too :) But ya im usually in groups anyway n hp does help me quite a bit. Im pretty much grinding KHQ for a day now n everythings fine. im 2 mannin KHQ a lot n im getting A LOT of xp

a crit build doesnt win when your char is made to be a tank...you cant pick tank then try to make it offensive cuz even if you maximize a tanks offesnse it still hits like a girl...tanks in any game HP always wins...great vid! also, nice to see an aion video that doesnt have annoying music :D

Got a 33 templar myself. been stacking +block stones so far but giving some thought to +hp stones now that I can equip lvl50 stones.

Just a note, its never been debated that socketing hp will give you more survivability than crit. Its true that the crit temp was not able to outlive you in a punch-for-punch slugfest, but in "real" (aka abyss pvp) you wont be defeating anyone with your hp build... The obvious reason being that people will just run away after noticing your massive hp pool, and theres not much you can do about it since your damage will be subpar. Outside of duels, crit is more versatile imo. Well, happy hunting!

lol i dont understand why you're laughing. Crit got owned buddy. He had +10 Crit in every thing he used. I clearly won by a big margin. It's not that he didnt duel good. I just have too much life for any templars crits

He's laughing because its become a social standard for all melee classes to use crit stones opposed to anything else.  Of course when people post vids such as this, which contain different/unique builds, they tend to defend the social standard.
