  • I have used the diet recommended in his book, the South Beach Diet with a combination of moderate exercise. Lost 30 pounds initially and reduced my high cholesterol by over 60 points. Highly recommended.

  • You did great.  I have read the Heart Healthy book by Dr. Agatston, and it is very informative on HOW to prevent heart disease.
