When my husky sees/ hears deer I might as well take a nap because she gone with the wind, although she would drop the stick/log...that part had me chuckling pretty good :)
What are those BAD deer doing on her field!? How dare they trespass on suz property!? LoL! She just wanted to show them who the Boss is! :) Very Funny Vid. Love it!
About 6 weeks ago we had "the Hunt " out the back, red coats and hounds, the lot. ! Havent seen the deer since then, do hope they didn"t kill them. Suz used to have a chase once in a while but had no chance of catching them. This was about the first vid I made and I didn"t realise I was swearing so much, I try to keep it down now .
... Same here, I lost my old Shepherd Sally aged 11 and got Suzie after 6 days..just couldn"t manage on my own !..she will be 7 in April, just can"t believe how the time has flown.
The loss is so painful isn't it. Axel is my fourth Mastiff, I got him when my previous one (Miss Brodie) was 8 - she died at 10 1/2 a few years back and I still miss her. Just sticking to one now as it gets harder to handle two giants at once. But Axel still has a good buddy in my 11yr old mad Manx Bazil. You have a wonderful companion in Suz. I can see that in her eyes.
Sally really kept me alive and sane ( wel nearly lol ) after a bad accident back in 93 . Suzie keeps me going as I Have to take her out for runs. Got grown up family but it"s my dogs that have kept me going. I"m 65 this year so am doing ok !
It's too funny how she kept that log in her mouth, it reminds me of of how my boy will keep a ball in his mouth while he "herds" other dogs at the park.
My boy loves to chase deer as well, it's so fun to watch.
I bet she would have loved to have caught one of those deer!! She looked proud to have still had that piece of log in her mouth when she got back. LOL!!! Very nice dog. Jim
Thanks Jim, I"m not sure what she would do if she did catch one !...not much chance, but I get woried, incase she gets hurt on the barbed wire fences !..All the best..John.
