You do realize by the cops actions he put several innocent lives in danger right? Even if he didn't stand a chance at catching the suspect on foot he could have tried... What if he would have lost control of the vehicle, drove into someone aside from the suspect or maybe into an apartment where there might have been kids? Cops are the criminals! FUCK EM ALL
