@ninjashorty23 judge a religion by its ideology. you havent realized yet, Christianity as a belief is pure love, regardless of what a Christian would do. its like going to school learning to do the right thing but then you do smthing bad. its your fault not religion's fault. there is NO such thing as the chosen ones in Christianity. ALL people are acceptable. you have misunderstood that, the chosen are those who are good persons, helpful, not greedy and such.

Revelation 2:22-23 talks about jesus killing women and children
Deuteronomy 25:11-12 says (basicly) if 2 men are fighting and a woman interviens you are to cut her hands off

@parkourip Still sounds pretty evil... but hey what about the other two scriptures he just said. He isn't manipulating hes being factual... just because you can't explain it because its immoral that's because you're a good human being. I could never justify the killings AND manipulation God has done in the bible ( mostly old testament ). I would rather go to hell and live life on earth with my beliefs then lie to myself and try to make sense out of the Bible... but i know there is no hell.

What about what I said about God and the millions of people who have died because of religion and the thousands of people he has killed himself? I'm not misunderstood! God killed noone, material life has an expire date and if there was no death, imagine evil people of the past living forever..so all this corruption nowadays is caused by humans. @nauroticdax that depends. just because Christianity is the true religion doesnt mean that all Christians will be saved. it depends on what you do mostly, cause everyone is good on talking about the right thing, but when it comes to actions he(generaly) turns doing the opposite. religion HELPS you to reach heaven and you dont need to be sinless to be there as soon as you repent for your sins. God understands human nature and forgives. dont mix society laws (made by the "elite")with religion laws

@nauroticdax false, the first step could be praying to God and asking for forgiveness. Therefore, you take the decision to change life style doing the least possible sins (being kind and helpful, acting with love and not judging/flaming/insulting as well as not being greedy/rich). in other simple words, actings with love and avoiding hate. in later steps, going to church and taking part in Christian rituals (dont know how they are called in english) in order to help you maintain your faith :)

@parkourip Ummm the story of Sodom and Gomorrah... he wiped out an entire city! Noah's ark he flooded and killed millions because they didn't listen to a crazy old man. And lets not forget the first born's in Egypt! Wow what an aaaamazing God. You know I have more restraint when it comes to killing a fly then God has when it comes to killing his own people.

@parkourip To them he was a crazy old man. Many people that died were followers of God but they didn't believe in Noah. To them he was a crazy old man who kept saying he was being talked to by God. Now how many crazy people on the streets say the same thing... and they have some kind of disorder? If God wanted true followers of HIM why didn't he speak to them himself? @parkourip I'm sorry I also wanted to add that God hated the world and how humans acted and wanted to get rid of them and basically start over (because we weren't perfect). Now I'll give you a real example of love. I have a cat... she drives me crazy. She is naughty, she doesn't listen, and she ruins everything of mine. I have more love and patients for my cat (that I love very much and could never hurt)... then God has for his own creation! God is not absolute tolerance and love... obviously.

@ninjashorty23 you are not in a position to understand God's love since you have no faith or love for Him. monks, especialy in Agio Oros in Greece live a life in nature praying to God and with absolutely no luxury, as simple as it gets to survive. they feel God's love/existance daily, they are even able to communicate with Him and do miracles to faithful persons who sick for help (could be mental or physical). this is why God forgives just like u forgive ur cat as soon as u repent for ur sins

Also I think its kind of gross that if we were descendants of Noah's family then that means we all are here because of incest... gross! @ninjashorty23 God knows the history of the world, but does NOT control it (on His own will) cause he gave us the free will. if he controled it there would be no hate and no satan's influence in human nature/life. so in this world good fights evil, we choose where we want to be. then after death real life (spirtual) begins depending on the decisions that we made in this life. its a kind of exam
