It should be said that there is no clear indication of who was laughing...as I've heard it could have been Giuliani....although it's very sad and disheartening that Fox couldn't at least have the intelligence to cut the mic....it reflects exceptionally poorly on Fox to say the least....

I once had a friend, he seemed like a nice guy, but he always would go on and on about what a great christian he was, when to find out he was just the opposite, now he's in a 10 year term jail sentence.... He was laughing throughout the evening, BEFORE Dr. Paul answered the questions.
He perked up real quick when Dr. Paul hit every answer out of the park and turned every question right around, making the moderators look like buffoons. Not to mention poor little Mike Huckabee.
