This level was for me the most memorable when I played this game 15 years ago. Something oppressive, eerie, about this level. In the new version they made it lighter and brighter, doesnt actually feel the same.

@Pentdad cool i personally prefer st. francis folly on anniversary. Forget Eerie-ness. I love the increased challenge climbing the tall room, and the fancy way they've themed up the god chambers.

I find the fact that; when your in the massive, almost golden like room, the music is all heavenly and Godly....But then you have to go into a creepy gray corridor and the music changes....Its just creepy and off putting, dont you think?

In the original TR this was the Thor's room. Cristal dynamics now put the Thor in the TR-Underworld. They look up pretty forward...

neptune is poseidons son. might be a good idea to know a little about some of the different mythologies before playing the game (u dont have too). i played Age of Mythology (and still do) for 7 years.

man your play style is so SLOW & CAREFUL!... ) its a bit annoying even

for example, when its you have to jump - you walk too far back when you dont need to - she will always grab the opposite ledge, no need to walk back

or when you grab those polls on which you swing - i just jump right away, but you swing on them at least twice before jumping

and so on...

4zion4life, when you play alone in your room and you make a stupid move and die, you just replay from the checkpoint. But when you are recording footage while you play, it's a whole new ball game. Because you have about 10 other things on your mind, like for eg. is there enough space left on the hard drive? (1min footage = 1GB).

So being careful is good, especially if you've been recording for about ten minutes without a mistake.

@BladeRunnerBlues 1gb = 1min, dang! idk what kind of recorder u r using but thats ALOT of space, i use camtasia and i get like 7mins for 1gb

@GoofsGuides I use a program called FRAPS, which basically captures uncompressed video and sound to the hard drive. It is best to work with uncompressed footage for the best quality, but it depends on what result you're after. I use Camtasia to make tutorial videos for things like software programs, but not for capturing gaming footage.

Anyway, I'm merely stating facts which I have learned from my experience with regards to Camtasia. I normally record games fullscreen and I was not able to to that with Camtasia. At least not under Vista which is the OS I use. But as they say, 'proof is in the pudding'. So where is this other channel? I would like to see these videos.

you should play the original... much harder (as far as figuring out where to go) and I did that when I was 10 .. (but it took me forever bc I was 10 ... lol I remember getting stuck on parts all the time..hahah)

the good thing to do is watch for the order of the tiles,when they are down the bolt doesn't affect you.They only do when the tiles are up.

Yes. The first time I did the level, I was taking my time, looking out for secrets. To make a video, you have to be very quick otherwise you end up with a lot of footage which would take too long to edit. This was the second time I played this level. Some bits were played more than once if I made a mistake.

I was talking about the original game. In it they had Thor who was a viking god so for the anniversary game the creators probably read up on Greek mythology and changed the names on the level like from Thor to Hephaetus who was basically a blacksmith god who made powerful weapons for other gods if I remember correctly.
