I suggest turning your ISO speed down to its lowest (usually 50, 80, or 100). You got a lot of grain in your photos.
Remember: Lower ISO speed = less light but less grainy picture. You'll have to compensate for the low ISO speed by increasing your shutter speed to around 5 seconds or so.
it doesnt only have to be a SLR camera... you can do it with any kind of camera as long as you can alter the settings... ive used old school film camera

go on that,then using the scrolling thing,change it to 30 sec or how much ever,
then just take the pic with flash ligth and wallah!

No you cant You need a SLR camera. Because you need to adjust the Exposoure and the ISO.

I think you can, as long as your Digital camera can change the shutter time and ISO. but i dont think all DC have that option but mine can =)
