@TurdHeart Actually, it has got to be the same studio who animated the Eureka! educational cartoon series for TVOntario. It has the same cartoon style with Billy Van as the narrator.
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR POSTING THESE! I've attempted to purchase this series from TVOntario, but they don't make it available, anymore. This will be my first time seeing a full episode since I originally watched it back in the 80's.
Thank you for posting, this really brings back memories. I can still remember watching this when it was first run, not long after our school got it's first computer (a Commodore PET of course). I recall how amazed we were that this computer could communicate with other computers by sticking a telephone receiver in the big black rubber cups.
@ferlymoney did you dial long distance or local? I remember when I went to school at 6 years old (2001) and dug up an old Apple II plus acoustic modem - didn't take long to find a phone - and I was wardialing in Prep.
All of my classmates would go outside and play but the teacher clearly remembers me sitting in front of the Apple II I'd found watching it pick up carrier after carrier tone...
Omg I loved this show as a kid. Got me more into programming.

The animations seem similar to those used in Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. Same animator?

I was riveted to this show when I was a kid. I loved computers and this was a very very friendly way to understand them.

Luba Goy was a cutie back in the day. I thought she was a news anchor or reporter when watching her on this show, not a comedienne.

@sygo7g Awesome, thanks for the info! Didn't know they were doing that, I'll definitely keep an eye out for it, maybe even email a polite request.
