  • I hate dead training drills they really dont show much apart from the fact you look like you can roll with a co operating opponent.

  • teaches u to indoor punishment you should kno the the opposite end of what "skill" you are learning. plus for other students "watching" it helps..

  • Lets be honest there is no punishment here as its not sparring nor is there any force being given in the attacks - its a demo fine... so thats a weird comment IMO. I cant argue with students bennifiting from watching.
