  • good job body but how many sets did you do, also you were on incline not straight up. you should do 4 X 10 , 120 on straight seat and you'll be fine. no need to go crazy like that

  • I/4 presses dont really count. Plus you are on a bit of an incline.

  • @Kaydo110 he is on a bit of a incline which allows for him to use more weight, still a lot of weight I cant do
