Question. I am reiki healer do you visualise chi whilst doing exercise? I believe this must be required otherwise you are just moving body parts. This in it's self would be healthy but without visualisation of energies flowing it may not be as effective. Just a thought. Namaste :-)
@NotInMyName2012 before starting the exercises you enter the qi gong state of mind or Wu Ji stance. On this stance you align and relax your body, calm your mind and be aware of the energy inside and around you (CHI). After that the exercises move and balance the chi throughout the body. We just allow the intellignece of the energy to to what it knows how to do... Namaste
Thanks for this nice set of exercises. I do however have a question on the 'mushroom' regarding foot placement. Are the feet in the same position or are they rotating when you move to the right or left. I cannot see your feet due to the water... Thanks,
