I started playing at age 28 and im 29 now and thanks to marty im pulling off riffs and licks and full songs that i would of never thought i could do. Even learning some of the theory as i go along.. I ordered the full blues package from marty and i recommend it to anyone playing guitar.. Marty you rock bro. everyone should show appreciation for these lessons.
Funny that I just started learning guitar 2 months ago and every time I search out different ways or new songs to learn I always come back to guitarjamzdotcom! Awesome Marty you rock!!!
Hey Marty! Excellent video! Your bro is a pretty awesome guitarist too it seems. I have a request for ya, could you do a lesson on the sultans of swing rhythmic guitar? It has to be my favorite song to listen to, so why not play it. That would be amazing!
@findooz95 I'm turning 35 next month, and I'm picking up the guitar for the first time ever. I did learn to read music from piano lessons as a kid, but that's the only thing I have going for me to start off. So, you're never to old to learn (or so I hope lmao!)
@findooz95 I had the same problem. i started at 16 and ive been playing guitar for almost a year now and i dont want to sound braggy but i can play better then most kids that have played like 3 or 4 years. just practice alot and ull catch up.
@willemlol7 Yeah, I've been playing coming up to two years, and with the right dedication I managed to get into music college playing guitar, which I'm quite surprised at, considering everyone else has been playing 4-7 years, it's all about wanting it.
@findooz95 you dont have to start young to be good. if you start at 15 but practice twice as long and hard as a guy who started when he was 10, by 20 you'll be the same if not better!
nice shirt...

Wait.. Marty started playing when he was 18? Ohmy, this is such a relief.
I started playing when i was 15, and i thought that i would ever be able to get /that/ good, since some kids start at like 5.
Thanks Marty, for once again making me feel like i can do it! xD
