Saif's trial is not simply a trial; it is to GAUGE whether or not Libya, in a post-Gaddafi-era, is a nation going by the rule of law.

The exercise is to see whether different & competing cities & tribes would TRY to dominate & tear Libya apart, or work under a centralized government, even if IT IS NEVER going to be able to make everyone happy.
