You're not a natural southpaw, and your jab is too slow coming back to your face. Fight orthodox, and use more straights son! keep your elbows more tucked in towards te middle of your body because you're always open to the easiest shot to pull off... a shot to the abdomen... Also, you need head movement after every 2-3 punches. This will wear you out, but if you leave your head in one place and don't move it in a street fight, your opponent will move it for you, and not in a way you'de like...
@EvilHenchman10 You should crouch more, and tuck your head in behind your arms when you''re throwing a straight. Your positioning is good, and your head is well tucked in. You seem too focused on power though... Just concentrate on snapping your hips and shoulders behind every punch, and think more about speed. The power is there, just worry about speed...
If you leave the bag hanging, it wears out the place where the straps are sewn to the bag. That's why some people choose to get a heavy bag stand, it's easier to hang the bag, and take it down afterwards. Also, you may want to roll it a few times on the ground after you're done, this can prevent older bags from becoming lopsided or developing dents. Keep up the good work, you'll be fit as a fiddle in no time!
You're doing great bro, keep up the good work. From experience, I've noticed that bag drills if you incorporate muay thai knees, kicks, and elbows are very effective. In fact if you can go three 5 minute rounds, you'll burn more calories than 30 minutes on a treadmill. Your form is good, keep at it bro, and best of luck.
They keep braking because your hitting it at the top.It would be good if you found a spot where you could hang it higher, or get a shorter bag that you can hang closer to the ceiling. When you hit a heavy bag at the top it doesn't swing smoothly, it jerks back and forth causing too much strain. And congratulations on losing the weight! Keep it up!
You got some power bro keep it up dont stop for anyone.

You have some serious power in your punch. If you had better technique, you'd make a good fighter.

@Maniboy440
hmm , im not that good in english , but ill try to explain :)
A normal hook to hold the bag isnt enough for me lol
i tear it out of the ceiling each and every time
so we tried smething else ,
basically we made 4 holes in the ceiling and put 2 chemical substances together which becme rock solid when they come in contact ,
and now its hanging for quite some while now , its very good ..
we call it a ( chemische verankering ) , search and translate via google
cheers
