@smaqlooli This is a shia dua, because it's given specifically by Imam Ali a.s for his Shia Muslims. It's not played everywhere because many Muslims out there reject the fact that Shia's are Muslims, they also reject Imam Ali a.s being the rightful commander of faith. so beautiful.. i dont know why this is a "shia" duaa... i dont know why this doesnt play any and everywhere muslim everyday... its a magnificent and poetic submission to Allah... no word in this duaa contains anything that seperates people, and it contains nothing people can disagree about..

so much love for Allah in this duaa, so much recognition of the truth of our weakness, and so much reminder of the mercy of Allah..
